Thank you for an amazing 2022-2023 ski and snowboard season! We didn’t want to put our gear away just yet but Mother Nature had other plans with rain showers on the forecast this weekend. As a result, we have decided against opening this weekend (April 22 and 23) and instead will be ending the season after a phenomenal month of Spring skiing. Sunday, April 16th marked our 110th and final day of operations of a record breaking season for Searchmont Resort.
With an extended season due to our earliest opening day on record, we saw the opening of our new Buzzsaw triple chair lift, the return of the Main triple chair lift, completion of our new slopeside villas and were able to offer the best skiing and snowboarding to be found in Ontario or Michigan.
A big thank you to all of our incredible guests, hard working staff and supportive community members for helping make all of this possible. Searchmont Resort is back and better than ever and we can’t wait to open our doors once again.
