We are hosting a Job Fair on October 7th from 4:30pm to 7pm at the resort. We are hiring all positions, so bring in your resume and interview on site!

Searchmont Resort, under new ownership since 2018, is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing outdoor recreational resorts. With major investments in upgrades, we’ve added 30 ski-in/ski-out condos, 3 new chair lifts, 2 carpet lifts, enhanced snowmaking infrastructure, and over 200 new fan guns across 26 trails.

Searchmont features 4 lifts, 2 carpets, 90% snowmaking coverage, and a vertical rise of 700+ ft. With abundant natural snow and one of the longest ski seasons in Ontario, you’ll experience the best in skiing from mid-November to mid-April. Your season pass also grants access to 5 additional sister resorts across Ontario, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Future plans include more condos, a hotel, new restaurants, and further trail, lift, and snowmaking improvements.
